The Patient Charts - Maternity, dated from 1947 to 1979, came from the Queen Alexandra Maternity Hospital. They are charts and daily reports that include the mother's name, age, address, next of kin, date of admission, medical officer, details of the delivery and sex of the baby. The charts are on microfiche.
