Spencer Public Hospital and North Western General Hospital
The Admission Register, dated 1928 to 1975, came from the Spencer Public Hospital in Wynyard and its successor, the North Western General Hospital. It includes the patient's name, age, next of kin, address, occupation, religion, native place, admission date, discharge date, number of days in hospital, the rate they paid per day, and the operation fee. There is a gap in the Register between 30 November 1953 and 1 July 1957.
