Link Up Victoria was established in 1990. Its programs were expanded in 1998 in response to recommendations in the 'Bringing them home' Report. Link Up Victoria assists Indigenous people who were adopted, placed in foster care, institutionalised or forcibly removed with tracing records and reuniting with family and community.
