'Intestacy Problem' is an article from The West Australian newspaper. It talks about a Supreme Court decision in WA which upheld the rights of an adopted child to inherit. In this case, the adopted child had died and the question was, 'could the grandchild of the adoptive parent inherit on the death of the grandmother if she had not left a will?'.
