'Woman's World' was a section written by 'Virgilia' in the Western Mail newspaper. It is possible that this is the first edition of Virgilia's section. It seems to have begun as a way of engaging with women living outside Perth. The section grew to become very influential in publicising out of home care activities, and encouraging people to support and raise funds for Children's Homes.
