'Bill - Education Act Amendment Second Reading and In Committee' is an excerpt from the digital copies of the Parliamentary Debates (Hansard) of the Legislative Council of the Western Australian Parliament. It briefly continued the second reading debate that was adjourned on 29 October 1952, and then went into Committee to decide the wording of each clause. The lack of government financial assistance, educational opportunities and other support services for children with disabilities and their families was discussed at length.
