'Report by Margaret Valadian' is held in the State Library of Western Australia. It is unclear whether this report was commissioned by the Department of Native Welfare. The author, Margaret Valadian, visited 'places providing services to Aboriginal people' sometime in the 1960s and the report includes her impressions of some of the institutions that held Aboriginal children.
