Fostering Futures was established by AnglicareWA in 2010 to continue Teenshare, and provide emergency, medium and long-term foster placements for young people aged 10 to 17 years. Fostering Futures continued in 2014 as a 24-hour per day, seven days per week service of AnglicareWA. The program ended in June 2017, with the Department of Child Protection and Family Services (CPFS) taking over management responsibilities for this area of work.
