[From the National Library of Australia's 'Bringing them home oral history project']

Hart speaks about her life at Carrolup Aboriginal Settlement, W.A., East Perth Girls' Home and Sister Kate's Children's Home. She also talks about her impressions of Ruth Lefroy and Sister Kate, and about her work placements. Hart later moved to Sydney where she married. She discusses her visit to the Gnangara community and her efforts to get in touch with others who had been at Sister Kate's.

Note from Find & Connect: 'Carrolup' was also known as Marribank and the East Perth Girls' Home was also known as 'Bennett House'.
