Administration Files - Eastern District Office [E.D.G. Sequence] is a records series created by the Eastern District Office of the Department of Native Affairs and the Department of Native Welfare (which covered areas such as Kalgoorlie, Esperance, Leonora, Laverton, and Warburton). This series contains administrative files, including some relating to missions, training farms, hostels, foster homes, and child welfare. It is unclear whether these records contain information about the children housed in these institutions.
