These are original references and statements signed by adoption parents. These babies are usually indexed in the Card index, 1921-75.

Access Access to information is restricted to the person to whom the information relates, or to an immediate relative who can prove their relationship to that person. Access to information about adoptions is restricted to the adopted person, birth parents, and adoptive parents within the provisions of the NSW Adoption Act 2000. People seeking information about an adoption will undergo an interview with a member of the Adoption Support Team as part of the process of obtaining information.
