The Masters and Servants Act 1837 (7 Wm. IV., 1837 No.3) was assented to on 4 January 1837. Its full title was: An Act for the Summary Determination of all Disputes between Master and Servant. This Act did not commence and the whole Act was disallowed. Its subsequent act was the Masters and Servants Act 1841, in force from 1841 to 1847.
