The Masters and Servants Act 1878 (Act No. 112/1878) was assented to and commenced on 30 November1878. Full title: Masters and Servants Act. It was amended by the Statute Law Revision Act 1935 (Act No.2246/1935). The Act was repealed by the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1972 (Act No.125) on 4 January 1973.
