Description: This is a digital copy of an archival item held at the State Records Office of Western Australia ('Administration - DCW Instruction Manual). The instruction manual was written for DCW staff in 1972. It gives information about how the Department was run, and explains some of the policies and practices that affected children in out of home care in Western Australia. The pages that have been included in this version are relevant to the Department's out-of-home-care functions. The text in this PDF version of the instruction manual is searchable.
