These Admission books contain information about children who were admitted to the Woodville Assessment Unit and Woodville Community Unit. They include the child’s admission number, name, age, date of birth, ‘order’ (possibly reason for admission), their previous placement, discharge date, where they were discharged to, and administrative reference numbers used by the Department. The book also includes a field titled CWW/DO, which possibly refers to the Community Welfare Worker/District Officer assigned to the child.
