Description: This is a photograph of children in a co-educational cookery class at Anglewood School. It shows children mixing dough, stirring a pot on the stove, taking biscuits off a baking sheet, and washing up in a kitchen. There are various posters about feed safety and nutrition in a glass cabinet on one wall. This photograph is part of a collection of photographs from children's Homes and Institutions held by the NSW Department of Community Justice.
