An Act to Amend “The Children’s Protection Act, 1896”, in certain particulars (Act no. 3 1945). This amendment allows for persons who breach The Children’s Protection Act, 1896, may instead of or in addition to any punishment be able to enter into a self negotiated recognisance, or agreement. For example a good behaviour bond.
