This act with the full title “An Act to Amend “The Guardianship and Custody of Infants Acts, 1891 to 1928″, in certain particulars” (Act no. 25/1952) amends The Guardianship and Custody of Infants Act 1891 (Act no.55 Vic. No.13) and the amendments that followed up until and including 1928. This act was repealed and replaced in 1966 by the Children’s Services Act 1965 (Act no. 42/1965). This amendment act is not available online however the University of Melbourne Law Library has a hard copy.
