Catholic Agricultural College Bindoon – Sir James Mitchell Plaque

The inscription on the plaque reads “The Foundation Stone of this building was laid by His Excellency, Sir James Mitchell, K.C.M.G., Governor of Western Australia on the 15th October 1944.”
