Right hand page: (10) Nationality, (11) Religion, (12) Recommendation, (13) Reasons for requiring admission, (14) Date of Admission, (15) Date of Leaving, (16) Where gone to. Notes on contents – (1) Numbers begin again from 1 each year; (11) Religion: sometimes makes reference to statement by boy or parent and notes, ‘see Police Report’ or ‘Religion on mandate’; (13) Reasons for requiring admission: gives length of sentence.
