Closed D75 years
D75 means that records in this series that have final entries less than 75 years old are closed to the general public. People wishing to access these records should contact Mental Health Services which is in the Department of Health and Human Services. Staff at the Tasmanian Archive and Heritage Office may be able to assist you in finding other relevant records.
The Admission Register contains the details of the 5860 people admitted to Millbrook Rise between 8 May 1934 and 15 June 1969. Those details are the name, age, date of admission, previous address, marital status, and the name and address of their next of kin.
The records are arranged chronologically.
