'The Swan Orphanage Scandal' is series of articles (p.13) from the Sunday Times. It reports on evidence and findings from the coronial inquiry into the death through neglect of George Jones, a child at the Swan Boys' Orphanage, and the administration of the orphanage generally in 1911, and calls for the government to implement the recommendations.
