State Government of New South Wales
The Department of Health and Community Services was the name given to the Department of Community Services in 2009. The Department of Human Services was a multi-agency department that included the Department of Community Services and the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care. In 2011 the name of this Department was changed to the Department of Family and Community Services, which also included Community Services and the Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
