  • Liverpool Asylum (1852-1862)
  • Hospital for Women, Paddington (Oct 1901-May 1903)
  • and provides a general index (Mar 1904-Aug 1913)

The series is incomplete and there are no records between May 1865 and February 1875. The records are arranged alphabetically by date of admission and there are 12 volumes.
