The Statutes Amendment (De Facto Relationships) Act 2011 (Act No.27/2011) was passed on 21 July 2011 and commenced 15 December 2011. Its full title is ‘An Act to amend the Criminal Assets Confiscation Act 2005, the Family Relationships Act 1875 and the Stamp Duties Act 1923’.

Family Relationships Act 1975, South Australia (1976 - current)
The amending act declared provisions regarding financial agreements made under the Family Law Act 1975 for domestic partners.
