6/22/1 - Hillcrest Children's Home is an archival file containing correspondence between the managers of Hillcrest Children's Home and the Department of Social Welfare and its successors. It includes the report written by the Child Welfare Officer before Hillcrest became an approved children's home. Names of some of the children are in this file.
