Queen Alexandra Maternity Hospital
The Hospital Registers of Admissions and Discharges with Details of Charges, dated 1908 to 1947, came from the Queen Alexandra Maternity Hospital. The Registers include the mother's date of admission, case number, name, address, age, remarks such as the sex of the baby and if he or she was stillborn or a breech birth, date of discharge, number of days in hospital, and payment details. They are arranged chronologically according to the date of admission.
