Freedom of Information Unit, Department of Families, Fairness and Housing
The Care Leaver Records Service is located in the Freedom of Information (FOI) unit of Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH). The Care Leaver Records Service is a single point of entry for all those applying for the out of home care records - both former wards as well as those who have a more recent experiences of out of home care.
Fill out a Care Leaver Records Request application form to request access to records of former Victorian state wards.
