The Care Leaver Records Service is located in the Freedom of Information (FOI) unit of Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH). The Care Leaver Records Service is a single point of entry for all those applying for the out of home care records – both former wards as well as those who have a more recent experiences of out of home care.
