Second Reading' is an excerpt from the digital copies of the Parliamentary Debates (Hansard) of the Legislative Council of the Western Australian Parliament. The Council debated the amended Bill which they received from the Legislative Assembly, and referred to the findings of the 1919 Select Committee to inquire into the management of the Claremont Hospital for the Insane. The Legislative Council amended the Bill before referring it back to the Legislative Assembly.
