The Children and Community Services Amendment (Reporting Sexual Abuse of Children) 2008 (Act no. 26/2008) was 'An Act to amend the Children and Community Services Act 2004 and as a consequence to amend the Evidence Act 1906 and the Freedom of Information Act 1992.' It was passed on 19 June 2008 and commenced on 1 January 2009.
