Update: Open Place transition from Berry Street to Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV)
As part of the transition of Open Place to RAV our normal service delivery (during COVID-19) is being impacted.
You may experience some delays in our service response, but Open Place will be fully operational (under COVID-19 restrictions), with the same phone numbers and email addresses as a service of Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV), as soon as we are back online.
We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience, we thank you for your patience during this time, and we look forward to continuing to provide our services with the support of RAV into the future. — The Open Place Team
COVID-19 Update: Considering the recent public health advice, Open Place closed the Drop In Centre and activities on Monday 23rd March.
Open Place will continue to support Forgotten Australians operating by phone and email as usual from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This includes counselling, redress support, health brokerage, record searching and co-ordinated support.
For the safety of all, we will unfortunately not be able to offer face to face meetings or group activities until further notice.
Please be assured that the Open Place team will continue to support Forgotten Australians in ways that are possible during these unprecedented circumstances, and we will maintain connections.
Please call us on: 1800 779 379 or (03) 9421 6162
Or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
