Description
A letter in Virgilia's Friendly Corner section of the Western Mail newspaper gives information about the progress of the Kenwick Farm School and calls for donations. The predicted cost of the land and buildings was reported to be £3000 (up £500 from the 1946 estimate), with £1,876 already received. The letter says that 'a building to house 30 to 40 boys is being erected and there is a cottage suitable for a manager and his family.'
