Edmund Rice Community Services was established around 2001 and ran Eddy's Place and Eddy's Out West in New South Wales. They provided medium to long term accommodation and outreach services for young people and to people who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. On 1 July 2009 the Edmund Rice Community Services became part of MacKillop Family Services.
