The Adolescent Program, formerly run under the name of St Saviour's Cottage Home, operated at Goulburn until 1994. This service implemented individual care programs for children and young people with a goal of restoration and reconciliation with families as the option of first choice. The Program changed from a residential model in 1995 and in 1996 operated as a flexible community placement model.
